30-day self-care journal prompts for self-reflection:

The idea is this: 30 self-care journal prompts — or 1 prompt per day for 1 month.

The purpose of this practice is to spend one full month journaling every day to help you turn your attention inwards and reflect on yourself and your life. Ideally, by the time you finish the challenge at the end of the month, you’ll have learned new things, and maybe even gained some clarity and a better understanding of yourself.

Here are the 30 journal prompts:

Last day: Summary

  • Day 30: Now it’s time to summarize your self-reflection journey over the past month. Have you learned new things about yourself? If yes, what are they? What changes will you make moving forward?

And Remember — you don’t need to pressure yourself. Be kind and gentle with yourself. Take it easy, keep it simple, and do the best you can.

Have a nice day!
